Ovsanna specializes in Social Policy and Administration and holds Master’s degree earned from Yerevan State University; the Chair of Social Work and Social Technologies, Faculty of Sociology. Her professional experience and academic expertise shaped her interests in the domain of gender equality. The protection of gender equality, child rights, gender-sensitivity in formal and non-formal education, advocacy for equal rights are in the scope of Ovsanna’s pursuits.

Holding the position of Project Coordinator & Advocacy Officer Ovsanna coordinates the projects’ smooth implementation and provides assessment, planning, monitoring and documentation. Ovsanna is involved in the development and management of advocacy strategies, policies, and tool kits.
